The Great Leader Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK, the founder of our Republic, stopped at the fountain located in the Çamlıbel area on the Tokat-Sivas border and drank water while traveling from Samsun to Sivas in 1919 during the War of Independence. This fountain, from which Atatürk drank water, was built in 2004 through the cooperation of the Governorships of Tokat and Sivas.
