The houses, whose mortar contains rose oil, straw, fired clay and egg white, and which, thanks to their architectural structure and materials, have the feature of keeping cool in summer and warm in winter, become narrower from bottom to top. The houses, whose interior height reaches 5 metres and which were built by laying 30-40 rows of bricks, have been able to survive to the present day thanks to being plastered with mud on the inside and outside.
