Bulanık İlçesi'nin Esenlik Köyü'ndedir. Bir Selçuklu eseridir. Şeyh Abdülmelik tarafından 1194’te yaptırılmıştır. Ahlat taşındandır. Tek kubbeli, dört pencereli, iki kapılı bir yapıdır. Kubbesinde ayrıca dört küçük pencere yer almaktadır. Taç kapı üzerindeki kitabeden caminin 725/1325 yılında Artuklular tarafından yapıldığı anlaşılmaktadır. Cami en son 1985 yılında Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü'nce restore edilmiştir. Dıştan dikdörtgen planlı cami mihraba paralel iki sahanlı ve üzeri dört kubbeyle örtülüdür. Caminin asıl planının ise mihraba paralel iki sahanlı ve mihrab önü kubeli olması gerekmektedir. Kıble duvarının ortasındaki mihrap yarım daire planlanı ile yuvarlak kemerlidir.
