Doğu Mahallesi’nde bulunan çeşme, XIX. yüzyılın sonlarında yapılmıştır. İki cepheli bir meydan çeşmesi iken günümüzde yalnızca bir cephesi kullanılmaktadır. (Kaynak: Kırklareli İl Yıllığı, 1967) Fazlaca bir yüksekliğe sahip olan çeşme kare planlıdır. İki cephesinde sivri kemerli birer niş bulunan çeşmenin caddeye bakan tarafındaki niş içerisinde iki adet musluk bulunmaktadır, bu kısımdaki mermer kaplama sonradan yerleştirilmiştir. Diğer cephesindeki muslukların ise yakın zamanda kapatıldığı düşünülmektedir. Kesme küfeki taştan inşa edilen çeşmenin kemerindeki kilit taşları dışarıya doğru çıkıntı yapacak şekilde oturtulmuştur.
