Fisandon Kilise Cami Karaman’ın 7 kilometre güneyinde Dereköy Köyü içerisinde kayalık bir tepe üzerinde yapılmıştır. Yapının tarihi kesin olarak bilinmemekle birlikte 9-10'uncu yüzyıllar içinde yapılmış olduğu düşünülmektedir. Haç planlı yapıda, haçın kolları üzeri beşik, aralarda kalan köşe hücreleri ise çapraz tonozlarla örtülmüştür. 16'ncı yüzyılda Karaman Beylerbeyi Sinan Paşa tarafından kuzey bölümüne bir giriş ve minare eklenerek camiye dönüştürülmüştür.
