Halk arasında Aktekke olarak bilinen camiye, içerisinde Mevlânâ'nın annesi Mümine Hatun'un türbesinin bulunması nedeniyle Mader-i Mevlâna Camii' de denilmektedir. 1370 yılında Karamanoğlu Alaaddin Bey tarafından yaptırılmıştır.Büyük Türk Mutasavvıfı Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi 1222 yılında ailesi ile birlikte Karaman’a gelmiş, burada evlenmiş ve 7 yıl kalmıştır.
