Senirkent ilçesinin 3 km. kuzeyindeki Uluğbey’de bulunan türbe, 16.17.yüzyıllarda yaşamış olan Veli Baba Sultan’a aittir. Sultan IV.Murad’ın komutanlarından Mustafa Zor Paşa Bağdat seferi için asker toplamaya çıktığında Uluğbey’den de geçmiştir. Veli Baba, Mustafa Paşa ve askerlerine yardım etmiş, ikramlarda bulunmuştur. Bunun üzerine Mustafa Zor Paşa, Veli Baba ile görüştüğü mezarlığın olduğu yere bir cami ve yanına da bir mezarlık yapılmasını istemiştir. Türbenin yapımı, Mustafa Zor Paşa’nın 1622’de Bağdat Kalesi önünde ölmesi üzerine yarıda kalmıştır. 1858 yılında Ramazan bin Halil isimli bir kişi tarafından tamamlanmış ve türbeye de Veli Baba Türbesi ismi verilmiştir.
