Hürriyet Caddesi’nde bulunan Ortodoks Kilisenin yapımına 1860’lı yıllarda başlanmış, ancak 1872 depreminde büyük hasar görerek yıkılmıştır.Üç Semavi Dininin birleştiği bir yer olarak bilinen Antakya’daki bu kilisenin yapımına 19. yüzyılın sonlarında başlanmış ve 1900’de ibadete açılmıştır. Dikdörtgen plânlı bir kilise olup, sağında çan kulesi bulunmaktadır. Avlusu revaklarla çevrilmiştir. Kilise günümüzde ibadete açıktır.
