Kozanlı Mahallesi, Kozanlı Sokak'ta bulunan Kozanlı Camii'nin, 1647 ve 1654 tarihli Şer'i Mahkeme sicillerinde ismi mescit olarak geçmekte ve banisinin Ali Bey olduğu belirtilmektedir. Dikdörtgen planlı, kesme taştan yapılan caminin, ibadet mekânı ortadaki iki taş ayakla altı bölüme ayrılmıştır. Bu bölümlerin üzeri çapraz tonozlarla örtülmüştür. Caminin önündeki son cemaat yeri de birbirlerine sivri kemerlerle bağlanmış iki payenin oluşturduğu üç bölüm halindedir. Son cemaat yerinin ortasındaki giriş kapısı, Gaziantep yöresine özgü siyah ve beyaz taşlardan yapılmıştır. Mihrap, sivri kemerli ve mukarnaslı bir niş görünümündedir. Minare kalın, kısa ve kütlevi bir görünüşte olup burmalıdır. Tek şerefesinin altındaki mukarnaslı ve rozetli bir şeritle minarenin kalın görünümü hafifletilmek istenmiştir.
