Bugün geçimini orman ürünlerinden ve hayvancılıktan sağlayan Karaot Köyü sınırları içinde çam ormanları arasında kalmış bir Psidia şehridir. Şehrin sur duvarı ve iki katlı kule ve giriş kapısı ayaktadır. Sur duvarlarının içerisinde ve dışarısında ev kalıntıları vardır. Sia'da en çarpıcı mezar yapıları anıtsal mezarlardır. Roma dönemi öncesine ait tek yapı Bouleuterion'dur. Kentin nekropolüne ait mezarların çoğunluğunun anıtsal nitelikte oluşu özel bir durumdur. Adı kesin olarak bilinmeyen kent birçok bilimsel veriyi saklamaktadır.
