It is on Merkez Oluklaraltı Caddesi. It is a 19th century structure. It is two-storeyed, built in bağdadi on a stone foundation, and its roof is covered with alaturka tiles. On the ground floor there are winter rooms and a pantry, while on the upper floor there are four rooms opening onto the narrow long sofa in the middle. The ceilings are decorated with woodwork. A large number of windows provide lighting and they have wooden shutters. In the rooms, plaster sherbet niches, wooden cupboards, wooden ceilings and floors are common features. On the ceiling there is a central medallion formed with circles and adorned with floral motifs, and a border decorated with lozenge slice motifs surrounding it.
