Saatli Cami, Ayvalık ilçe merkezinde İsmet Paşa mahallesindedir. 19. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında yerli Rumlar tarafından kilise olarak yapılmıştır. Özgün ismi Agia İanni (Aya Yanni) Kilisesi’dir. 1928’de camiye dönüştürülmüş; çan kulesine yerleştirilen saatten dolayı Saatli Cami ismini almıştır.
Dikdörtgen plânlı bir yapı olup, dört sütunlu, revaklı, akantus yapraklarıyla süslü bir kapıdan içeriye girilmektedir. Haç düzenindeki yapının orta bölümü küçük bir kubbeyle, haçın kolları ise tonozlarla örtülüdür.
