18. YY. Besni İlçesi Eski Besni Örenyeri girişinde yolun hemen sağında yer almaktadır. Caminin ne zaman ve kim tarafından yapıldığı bilinmemektedir. Fakat eserde kullanılmış olan yapı malzemesi ve mimari yapı itibariyle 18. yüzyılda yapıldığı anlaşılmaktadır. Tamamen düzgün kesme taştan yapılmıştır. Kare planlı mekanın önceden tek kubbe ile örtülü olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Ancak sonradan yan duvarlardaki payandalara dayandırılmış yatay iki sivri kemerle kıble duvarına paralel üç nefli bir plana dönüştürülmüştür. İki kemerli bir son cemaat yeri bulunmaktadır. Caminin kuzeybatı köşesinde yer alan minaresi kare kaide üzerinde çokgen gövdeli ve tek şerefelidir. Cami ibadete açıktır.
