Mor Petrus ve Mor Paulus Kilisesi Adıyaman Merkez Mara Mahallesi'ndedir. 4 veya 5'inci yüzyılda yapıldığı tahmin edilen kilise, giriş kapısı üzerinde ve içeride bulunan Süryanice kitabelere göre 1888 ve 1905 yıllarında onarım görmüştür.
Doğu-batı yönünde uzanan kilise üç nefli bazilikal plana sahiptir. Apsis içerisinde bulunan ahşap sunak 1890 yılında Urfalı Süryani ustalar tarafından yapılmış ve yakın zamanda onarım görmüştür. Batıda yer alan narteksin üst katı içeriye açılmaktadır. St. Paul Kilisesi olarak da bilinen kilise bugün Süryani Cemaati tarafından kullanılmaktadır.
